Over a hundred local employers will be seeking applicants with varying levels of skills and education during the fair, which is free and open to the public.
1. Over one-hundred business in one place – That’s correct! We’ve brought together over one hundred businesses from various industries hiring for entry, mid to skilled level positions! Why drive all over town to apply with more than one potential employer when you can apply to dozens in one day?
2. Stand out and be noticed – When you submit an application or resume online, you’re just another document among hundreds. Yet, when you meet face-to-face with hiring managers, not only do you have a chance to make a lasting impression but you will have the employer's name and contact information to follow-up with.

3. Free LinkedIn headshots – A picture is worth a thousand words, so the saying goes. According to LinkedIn, your picture is worth fourteen times more profile views by recruiters and others. Stop by the LinkedIn booth and have your picture taken for FREE by a professional photographer.
4. Connect with five community resources – Not sure how to introduce yourself to an employer at the job fair or need some tips? Maybe you want that extra credential, help on what to highlight on your resume, maybe you are a Veteran, or have a setback and need some guidance. We will be joined by representatives from the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Office for Veterans, Waukesha County Technical College, and the Workforce Development Center. Stop by any one of our community resource tables for assistance and be one step closer to landing your dream job.
A professional sign language interpreter will be available to customers as well.
