Top-Notch Training: Access high-quality training programs. The childcare industry offers various career paths, including roles as childcare providers/workers/teacher/teacher assistant, administrators, and early childhood education specialists, with opportunities for career advancement and growth.

Job Placement Assistance: We connect individuals to a work-based learning (internship/ work experience) or on-the-job training opportunities to secure employment in reputable childcare facilities, schools, or other relevant organizations at the businesses’ prevailing wage rate for that position or at a minimum rate of $13.00 per hour, whichever wage is higher.

Financial Support: Receive grants to cover tuition fees, books and fees, required uniforms, work attire, transportation, and other related expenses, eliminating financial barriers and allowing you to focus on your education and training.
