Job Fair registrants must ensure that REGISTRATION & EVENT FEE is received by FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2019. Failure to meet payment deadline will result in forfeiture of your registration. Cancellations received after JULY 19, 2019 or no-shows will be charged the appropriate full registration ($490, $515 or $540) amount.

FAQ
  • $490 Registration include entry for 2 representatives, skirted banquet table and 2 chairs, back drape with company sign, lunch for 2 representatives, use of interview space, use of copy machine, access to Wi-Fi, and parking. Electricity and extra representatives may be added for additional $25 per person/item.

  • Business Booth Set-Up is from 11:00 am to 11:45 am. Forward Careers reserves the right to use its sole discretion in assigning space to reduce competitive companies/products having booths adjacent to each other.

  • Lunch is provided to businesses between 11:45 am and 12:45 pm in the Hospitality Room. [See floor plan]

  • Job Fair doors open to the general public promptly at 1:00 pm and closes at 4:00 pm. We ask businesses to stay until the end for job seekers.

  • An unloading zone will be available for businesses to drop off their trade show/materials. [See map]

  • Parking for businesses is free at designated area. We encourage business representatives to carpool and arrive during set-up time. [See map]

  • Booth Dimensions are 8’ wide x 7’ deep. Each booth comes with 8’ high back drape and 3’ side drapes.

  • Tables are 2’ x 6’. Volume of chairs per booth is based on booth purchase upon registration. Request for more chairs on day of job fair, will result in a $25/per chair fee.

  • Electricity is not provided at facility but available for an extra fee. You are required to bring your own extension cord to access electrical outlet.

  • Wi-Fi Access is available to businesses for FREE.

  • Copy Machine is located near the southwest corner of the building for both business and job seeker needs. [See floor plan]

  • Interviewing Space is available to all businesses in the room located on the northwest side or back end of the gym. In today’s tight labor market, we encourage recruiters to utilize the space to conduct preliminary interviews. [See floor plan]

  • Job Seekers’ tables for filling out applications are located in the south corners of the building
